Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer opportunity! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Prior experience as a rental car damage inspector, insurance appraiser/adjuster, collision/body shop estimator, auction vehicle inspector, dealership vehicle appraiser, or related inspection/appraiser experience is preferred. Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • $20.00 per hour

- Career growth potential Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer
- Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
- Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards provided.
- Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements.
- Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed.
- Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes.
- Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily
- Perform other duties as necessary. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer:
- Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to accurately interpret inspection data, photographs, and vehicle condition checklists.
- Comfortable working with reporting software, digital platforms, and inspection systems.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
- Able to work outdoors the majority of the time in all weather conditions.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior vehicle inspection or appraising experience is preferred. America's is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
