Description Product Manager – Personal Loans Department: Personal Loans Designation: Product Manager Grade: M3 Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends.
- Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analysing feedback and conducting regular usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback.
- Use data analytics to analyse and measure business performance.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Education- Full-time MBA (optional).
- Relevant experience- 1 to 5 years in BFSI/Fintech industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Location: Mumbai (Kotak Infinity) This is a Public document.
