This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Remote Event Operations Specialist based in Netherlands. As a Remote Event Operations Specialist, you’ll support the coordination and delivery of high-impact, client-facing events from behind the scenes. You’ll help keep schedules, communications, timelines, and logistics organized so that every event runs smoothly. The role combines administrative coordination, client communication, and attention to detail within a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage time-sensitive requests and ensure important information is accurately tracked. Your contribution will help create a professional, seamless experience for clients before, during, and after events. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being part of large-scale or high-visibility projects.
