Description Warehouse Picker / Packer Associate (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM) Position Summary The Warehouse Picker / Packer Associate is responsible for accurately picking, stocking, and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment utilizing GreyOrange automated mobile storage units. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, order quality, and productivity standards are met while maintaining a safe work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and GreyOrange robotic/mobile storage systems.
  • Load inventory into GreyOrange mobile stocking units (“Put” process).
  • Retrieve inventory from GreyOrange mobile units to fulfill orders (“Pick” process).
  • Pack customer orders securely and accurately according to company packing standards.
  • Label, verify, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged product.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience working with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong reliability and attendance record required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support operational needs. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, and carrying.
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Work Environment
  • Distribution center / warehouse environment utilizing GreyOrange robotic automation technology.
  • May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs. Performance Expectations
