welcoming family in Bradenton, FL is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide morning care and companionship for a 64-year-old adult family member. This position is located in a smoke-free home with two dogs. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 25 hours per week Family Specifications:
- Smoke-free home environment
- Household includes 2 dogs
- Values a patient and engaging caregiver to provide warm companionship
- Care recipient enjoys movies, music, and soap operas Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining a feeding tube (PEG tube)
- Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
- Incontinence care, including regular diaper changes
- Light mobility and transfer assistance
- Preparation of light comfort foods/snacks
- Light housekeeping related to daily care
- Companionship and engagement in shared interests (movies, music, soap operas) Requirements:
- Experience with feeding tube (PEG tube) care and maintenance
- Prior caregiving experience providing personal hygiene and incontinence care
- Experience with light mobility and transfer assistance
