About the Role

At NAB, we're building and operating enterprise-scale AI platforms that enable teams across the organisation to deploy, manage and scale AI-driven solutions. We're looking for a Senior AI Platform Operations Engineer to help maintain the reliability, stability and operational excellence of our AI platform ecosystem. This role combines platform engineering, cloud operations, automation and AI platform support to ensure our AI services and data platforms remain secure, scalable and production-ready. You will work closely with AI delivery squads, platform engineers, architects and business stakeholders to onboard new AI use cases, improve platform capabilities and drive operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate, support and continuously improve enterprise AI platforms and associated production environments.
• Manage platform reliability, availability and performance across AI and data workloads.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service disruptions and performance issues.
• Support onboarding and operationalisation of new AI use cases.
• Implement automation to improve platform support, operational processes and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in platform upgrades, releases and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation and support procedures.
• Drive platform observability through logging, monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve resiliency, scalability and operational readiness of AI workloads.
• Contribute to platform governance, compliance and audit requirements.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise technology standards, security controls and operational best practices.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years of experience in technology environments.
• Strong experience supporting and operating production platforms or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and production support practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for operational excellence, automation and platform reliability. Technical
• AWS services including S3, RDS, Redshift, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EMR, Kinesis or similar cloud technologies.
• Databricks, Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Python and SQL.
• CI/CD tooling and deployment automation.
• GitHub, Jenkins and platform automation tools.
• Monitoring, logging and operational support tooling.
• Experience supporting data, analytics or AI platforms in production environments.
• Experience deploying or supporting Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and AI platform governance.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies and AI model lifecycle management.
• Exposure to AI platform engineering, model deployment or AI infrastructure operations.
