Global Entity Formation & Expansion Specialist Department: Client Services Reports to: Chief Customer Officer Role Purpose Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability. Core Responsibilities
- Lead entity formation projects.
- Advise on entity structures.
- Manage external legal and tax partners.
- Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.
- Own client governance and delivery.
- Develop playbooks and SOPs.
- Support commercial scoping.
