Product Manager – Banking Loyalty About the Role We are a leading loyalty player in the banking segment, and this role sits at the centre of banking loyalty thought leadership. As Solutions Architect, you will be our in-house banking loyalty expert — shaping the product for banking clients, setting up the Customer Success processes that make those engagements repeatable, and partnering directly with customers to guide their loyalty growth. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who combines deep domain knowledge with product instinct and the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and shape the Xoxoday product for banking loyalty use cases, working closely with Product and Tech.
- Guide on product features but also operational excellence that helps reduce issues
- Define and set up Customer Success processes that ensure consistent, successful delivery for banking clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to banking customers, providing growth consulting that delights and retains them. This includes guiding them on growth initiatves and campaigns
- Partner across Product, Tech, and CSM to align solution design with delivery and roadmap.
- Bring the voice of the banking customer into product and process decisions. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- The product is meaningfully stronger for banking loyalty scenarios.
- Repeatable processes are in place for onboarding and servicing banking clients.
- Banking customers see clear value and growth from the right consulting and solution design. Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Deep banking loyalty expertise — proven domain knowledge of loyalty programs in the banking sector.
- Strong client-facing persona, comfortable advising senior stakeholders.
- Solid product knowledge and the ability to shape solutions, not just deliver them.
- Experience defining humand and system processes that scale across multiple clients.
- 7–9 years of relevant experience. Preferred Background
- Background specifically in banking loyalty.
- A track record of product vision, industry knowledge, and process definition in a client-facing capacity.
