• Operations Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary Key responsibilities: · Provide end-to-end assistance with internal communications and newsletters. · Prepare metrics reports for newsletters /campaigns. · Write, edit, and proofread internal content · Manage the publication, distribution, and lifecycle of digital knowledge assets. · Support content migration between platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Connected Source etc). · Create data visualizations to aid decision-making and knowledge capture. · Perform content tagging, transcription, and redaction to ensure high data usability. · Support virtual event and conferences. Skills and experience: · Quick learner with experience working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced or unstructured settings. · Keen interest in learning more about our clients, industries, markets and breadth of services/capabilities across the PwC Network. · Good data gathering, handling and analysis skillset. · Proficiency in tools like MS Office, SharePoint, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM/ Einstein Analytics, PowerBI, AI tools · Ability to work under pressure and complete projects in a timely and accurate manner. · Comfortable asking questions and making suggestions on improvements and best practices. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Able to engage effectively with multicultural stakeholders. · Self-motivated, able to multitask and reprioritize as needed. · Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable. · Ability to analyze and anticipate stakeholder needs to meet expectations Qualifications: · Any graduate · 1-4 years relevant experience Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
