Description Join FEV.io in shaping the future of software, intelligent systems, AI, robotics, and digital engineering solutions. In this role, you will work directly with leading OEMs, suppliers, and technology companies to understand their business challenges and transform them into innovative engineering solutions. You will leverage FEV.io's global expertise to develop strategic customer relationships, shape solution concepts, and drive sustainable business growth throughout the Americas.
- Lead regional solution management and business development activities across FEV.io's portfolio, including software engineering, end-to-end E/E systems development, systems engineering, AI, robotics, validation, and intelligent products & mobility solutions.
- Identify customer challenges, market opportunities, and emerging industry needs, translating them into innovative engineering solutions and strategic business opportunities.
- Engage customers at both technical and executive levels, acting as a trusted advisor to understand business objectives, define solution strategies, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Develop customer-centric value propositions and solution concepts by leveraging FEV.io's global capabilities, delivery models, and technology expertise.
- Drive strategic business growth by identifying, shaping, negotiating, and converting opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology companies, industrial customers, and emerging market players.
- Lead opportunity capture activities, including account planning, customer discovery, RFQ shaping, competitive positioning, and pursuit strategy development.
- Lead opportunity development activities including customer workshops, solution definition, proposal strategy, business case development, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Key Account Management, Solution Managers, and Engineering teams to define winning customer strategies and execution approaches.
- Initiate, secure, and support the successful execution of strategic programs in close cooperation with FEV.io's global delivery and engineering organizations.
- Analyze market, technology, and competitive trends to identify new business opportunities and strengthen FEV.io's market position across the Americas. Represent FEV.io at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and executive discussions, serving as an ambassador for the company's technology and engineering capabilities.
- Foster cross-regional collaboration and contribute to global solution strategy, innovation initiatives, and long-term business growth. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, solution management, consulting, engineering leadership, strategic account management, or program management within software, E/E systems, AI, robotics, digital engineering, intelligent products, mobility, or related technology domains. Proven track record of developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, shaping technical solutions, and driving growth in complex, technology-driven environments.
- Proven success in business development, solution management, consulting, or strategic account growth within software engineering, E/E systems, digital engineering, AI, robotics, or related technology domains.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer challenges, develop compelling solution strategies, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- Strong understanding of software development, systems engineering, E/E architectures, AI-enabled solutions, intelligent products, and modern engineering methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex engineering services, software, or technology-based business opportunities.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from engineering teams and program leaders to executive and C-suite decision makers.
- Ability to lead customer discussions, discovery workshops, opportunity shaping activities, and executive presentations.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments and collaborating across sales, engineering, and delivery organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
