- Project Coordinator Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity. Hours per week: 37.5 Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year Position End Date: October 31, 2027 Deadline to apply: 4:00PM, September 28, 2026 The Program Development Coordinator works with a diverse range of stakeholders to plan, develop, and launch new programs at SAIT. As a champion for program development, this role is accountable for supporting the successful approval and launch of new credit programs and major program revisions, ensuring alignment with academic strategy, financial sustainability, market needs, and regulatory requirements. The Coordinator leads programs through planning, design, development, and internal and external governance processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven leader with strong communication, project management, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
