Production Castings, Inc. is looking for experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift who know how to troubleshoot equipment, solve problems, and get production back up and running. If you're the person people call when a machine goes down—and you enjoy figuring out why it failed and how to fix it —we want to talk with you. You'll work with our maintenance team supporting our die casting and manufacturing operation, troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of production equipment. Why Join Production Castings?

- Work on a variety of manufacturing equipment and challenging repairs
- Experienced maintenance team that values hands-on problem solving What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment when breakdowns occur
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical problems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Repair or fabricate components when needed
- Work with motors, pumps, cylinders, valves, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements
- Respond to production needs and help minimize equipment downtime
- Read mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation
- Help identify recurring equipment problems and develop long-term solutions Requirements We're looking for hands-on maintenance people who can troubleshoot—not just change parts. You may be a strong fit if you have experience with:
- Industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Motors, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment
- Basic industrial electrical troubleshooting
- Welding, fabrication, or machining
- Preventive maintenance and equipment repair
- Diagnosing problems independently and determining the best way to make a repair Experience in die casting, CNC machining, foundry operations, automotive manufacturing, heavy manufacturing, or other industrial environments is a plus, but we're also interested in experienced maintenance technicians from other manufacturing backgrounds.
