Job Overview We are looking for a driven POS Manager to build and scale our POSP/channel partner network focused on SME insurance (non-motor lines) such as Liability, Property, and other commercial risk covers. This role is critical in driving partner-led SME business growth, managing existing relationships, and expanding the distribution network for business insurance solutions. Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing POSPs, agents, and other distribution partners.
  • Strong understanding of SME insurance products such as Liability, Property, and Financial Lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Experience in achieving premium and revenue targets through partner networks.
  • Good understanding of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in:
  • Insurance distribution / agency / broking
  • Experience in SME/commercial lines preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
