experience. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our
Calvin Klein
South Wharf DFO store. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment . You’ll take ownership of store performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure our product, presentation and customer experience consistently reflect the
Calvin Klein
brand. If you’re currently leading a busy fashion, apparel, sportswear or other high-volume retail store — particularly within a DFO or outlet environment — we want to hear from you.
The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of the overall performance of the store, balancing commercial results with exceptional brand and customer experience. You’ll:
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated customer experience
- Drive store performance across key KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
- Lead a high-volume stock environment , ensuring stock is managed efficiently from delivery through to the shop floor
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards in line with the

brand
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing store team
- Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
- Create an inclusive, energetic and performance-driven team culture
About You
You are an experienced retail leader who is comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership of a busy store. You’ll ideally bring:
- Current or recent Store Manager experience within fashion, apparel, sportswear or another high-volume retail environment
- Proven experience managing high stock volumes, deliveries and replenishment within a fast-paced store
- Previous DFO or outlet retail experience is highly regarded
- A strong track record of achieving commercial KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
- Strong people leadership skills with the confidence to recruit, coach, mentor and motivate a team
- Experience managing visual merchandising and maintaining strong brand standards
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
