To learn more about Zenoti visit: About the Role: Job Summary: As a System Administrator, you will build, and maintain organization's IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with other IT experts and business stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of systems, networks, and applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior administrators, develop strategic IT initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations. Responsibilities:

• Server installation, configuration, and maintenance on Azure, Virtualization & Operating Systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Endpoint OS & Hardware.
• Endpoint Device Management ( Entra/Jamf Admin) and Group policy deployment.
• Develop automation / leveraging AI to streamline tasks.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services, Defender,DLP, Purview and manage enterprise software licenses.
• Push patches, upgrades, drivers and software to endpoints.
• Configure & support networks (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus),Wi-Fi and authentication issues.
• Support Firewall & manage VPNs
• Develop comprehensive documentation for projects.
• Identify issues, write clear instructions, and use visual aids.
• Regularly update playbooks. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in Active Directory, Azure & M365.
• Hands-on experience in Aruba, SIEM, Palo Alto Global Protect, Firewall.
• Proficient in M365 and network administration tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting, excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: MS-100, MS-500, AZ-500, AZ-900.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
