Job Title Procure-to-Pay Internal Controls & Compliance Junior Specialist Job Description Job title: Procure-to-Pay Internal Controls Specialist Drive a strong and compliant control environment across the Procure-to-Pay process by assessing internal controls, mitigating risks, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and governance. Your role:

• Review and assess the design and operating effectiveness of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) internal controls, ensuring compliance with internal control and risk management frameworks.
• Monitor control performance, identify control gaps and deficiencies, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate remediation activities to drive sustainable improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, GEP, Internal Control teams, and control owners to strengthen governance, improve compliance, and increase process efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, control effectiveness reports, risk assessments, and testing evidence to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Challenge existing processes constructively, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across vendor management, purchasing, invoice processing, and payment activities.
• Participate in transformation and automation projects, evaluating impacts on controls, risks, and compliance requirements while supporting the evolution of a robust control environment.
• Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, governance processes, audit activities, and global business operations, while further developing expertise in internal controls, compliance, and risk management. You're the right fit if: 1. Experience
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Finance Operations, Internal Controls, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with Internal Control Systems (ICS), ICoFR, SOX, or similar governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in control testing, audit support, and remediation management. 2. Skills
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including vendor management, purchasing, invoice processing, and payments.
• Knowledge of SAP and related financial systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge processes constructively and influence change across multiple functions.
• Strong project coordination and reporting skills. 3. Education
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field. Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 73,600.00
• 98,133.33 PLN. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results.
