Clipping Specialist (3-month FTC) About the role NewGen is hiring a Clipping Specialist on a 3-month fixed-term contract to build and run our clipping programmes at scale. You will find and onboard clipping channels, run campaigns through our in-house tech, and make sure every clip we seed lands with the right audience for the right brand. NewGen is a social-first creator and influencer marketing agency. We work with global brands in gaming, sport, entertainment and consumer, and clipping is one of our fastest-growing propositions: turning long-form content, creator streams, trailers and campaign moments into short-form clips that are distributed through a network of clipping channels on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a new line of business. You will work with our campaign, creator and tech teams, and you will have a direct say in how the proposition and the tooling evolve. Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC), with potential to extend or go permanent Location: Remote Start: ASAP What you'll do Work with the clipping network
- Identify, vet and recruit clipping channels and clippers across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X, through platforms and our own technology.
- Build and maintain a segmented database of channels by niche (gaming, sport, entertainment, lifestyle), audience location and typical reach
- Manage ongoing relationships with clippers so we have a reliable, responsive network ready to activate at short notice Run campaigns at scale through our tech
- Set up and manage clipping campaigns end to end in NewGen's in-house tooling: campaign sign-up, channel authentication, view caps, tracking and payouts
- Brief clippers on the content, the moments to prioritise and the brand guidelines, and quality-check clips before and after they go live
- Monitor campaign performance daily and move budget, caps and channels around to hit view and geo targets
- Manage multiple campaigns in parallel across different clients and markets Report and improve
- Produce clear performance reporting for internal teams and clients: views, reach by geo, CPM delivered, top-performing clips and channels
- Feed back to our product and tech team on what the tooling needs to do better, and help test new features as they ship
- Document the process and playbooks so the programme can scale beyond your contract
- Keep on top of platform changes, clipping trends and what competitors and creators are doing What we're looking for Must-haves
- Hands-on experience running clipping, meme page, UGC or creator distribution campaigns, either agency-side, in-house or as a clipper or channel operator yourself
- A working knowledge of where clippers live and how they operate: Discord communities, Clipfarm or similar platforms, payout models and view caps
- A strong instinct for what makes a clip perform on TikTok, Shorts, Reels and X, and for spotting fake or low-quality reach
- Comfortable managing a high volume of channels and campaigns at once, with the organisation to keep it all moving
- Confident with campaign tooling, spreadsheets and reporting, and quick to learn new platforms Nice-to-haves
- Background in gaming, esports, sport or entertainment content
- Experience with Twitch and YouTube creator campaigns, game launches or trailer moments
- Experience with multi-market campaigns, especially US and UK
- Familiarity with short-form editing tools or AI editing workflows
- An existing network of clippers or channel owners you can bring with you Contract details
- 3-month fixed-term contract, full time, starting as soon as possible
- Remote contract
- Pro-rata salary or day rate depending on how you prefer to work:
- A genuine route to extension or a permanent role if the programme grows as we expect
