• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in leadership training or talent development Requirements/Skills
• Basic understanding of leadership frameworks (Situational Leadership, Transformational Leadership, etc.)
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow training guides

• Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and track attendance/completion
