- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Shift: Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays .

- And many more! Requirements What You’ll Do
- Support daily bar and beverage operations while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.
- Lead and support the bar service team, including training, pre-shift meetings, and performance feedback.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, product levels, closing duties, and beverage menu operations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and current bar trends while supporting team development.
- Address member and guest concerns professionally and support banquets and Member Events as needed. What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of two years of experience in an upscale country club, hotel, or restaurant bar in a service or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and current beverage and bar trends.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
- Must maintain current Food Safety, CPR/AED, and TIPS certifications.
