Description Bar Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Join our team and help create a vibrant, welcoming environment for our members and their guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement beverage menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection
- Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Plan and execute promotional events to increase member satisfaction and engagement
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Organize and coordinate vintners for wine dinners Skills and Qualifications:
- Three years or more proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverages, and current industry trends
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Associate degree or higher in hospitality management or related field
