You will work alongside trusted advisors, architects, and delivery teams to build secure, resilient, and future-ready solutions while embracing continuous learning, AI-enabled innovation, and engineering excellence. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver scalable, high-quality application solutions that support critical business functions and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Design and develop secure, resilient, and maintainable applications that meet performance and reliability expectations.
• Build seamless integrations between business services and applications to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to solution design and architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and sustainability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for intelligent automation and AI-enabled innovation within application landscapes.
• Drive code quality through peer reviews, testing, continuous improvement, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution while minimising business impact.
• Produce clear technical documentation that supports knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and future-ready capability development across teams. Required Skill:
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale full stack software solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development, including modern enterprise application
• design and development practices.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed and microservices-based architectures .
• Strong understanding of API design, systems integration, and event-driven application patterns.
• Experience developing responsive user interfaces and integrating frontend and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, data modelling, and performance optimisation.
• Understanding of software design principles, data structures, concurrency, and application performance tuning.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• UK Broker Dealer and Capital Markets domain experience is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Awareness of AI-assisted development approaches and the ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery outcomes.
