This is a high-impact product marketing role focused on shaping the market narrative for agentic AI assurance and enterprise customer experience. You will own positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement for specific product lines. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success, translating complex technology into compelling commercial stories. You will help enterprises understand how to evaluate AI agents, manage risk, and build confidence in AI-powered customer interactions. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across launches, content, analyst engagement, and customer-facing activities. You will work closely with technical product teams and enterprise sales organizations operating across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
