This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Trust & Safety Product Manager based in Netherlands. As a Trust & Safety Product Manager, you will own the product and technical delivery of safety and compliance initiatives across AI-powered consumer platforms. You will translate legal requirements, safety policies, incident findings, and user feedback into practical product features, safeguards, and measurable improvements. Working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Compliance, Product, and Customer Support teams, you will help identify risks early and build safety into the product lifecycle. You will oversee moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, monitoring frameworks, red teaming, and safety reviews for new features. This newly created role offers substantial ownership and the opportunity to shape the development of a dedicated Trust & Safety product function. You will work in a fast-moving, fully remote environment where thoughtful judgment, experimentation, and strong execution are highly valued.
