Senior Product Manager, Atom Engine

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Atom Engine based in United States. This senior individual contributor role will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for content within a sophisticated simulation and operational planning environment. You will translate user needs and organizational priorities into clear product direction and actionable requirements. The role combines product strategy, systems thinking, workflow optimization, and close collaboration with content specialists and technical teams. You will help define the quality, consistency, usability, and effectiveness of scenarios, units, and entities that support complex exercises. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, and domain experts, you will resolve ambiguity and drive focused execution. Your decisions will influence both the content itself and the processes and tools used to create, validate, maintain, and improve it. This is a fully remote opportunity for a product leader interested in simulation technology and the defense and military technology space.
