About the role We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our Water business in Barcelona and play a key role in supporting complex customer projects and commercial activities. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, sales, and project execution, contributing directly to the success of customer solutions within the water treatment sector. As part of an international environment, you will collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and operational teams while maintaining regular interaction with colleagues at our headquarters in Sweden. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, managing multiple priorities, and delivering value to customers. What you will do:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales briefings for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer specifications and identify the technical requirements needed for successful project execution.
• Evaluate technical solutions and support the preparation of accurate and competitive proposals.
• Provide technical guidance during project implementation and assist with troubleshooting activities when required.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and commercial teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support customer discussions by providing technical expertise and commercial insight.
• Manage multiple opportunities and priorities while maintaining high quality standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of solutions within the water treatment industry. What you need to succeed: Required:
• University degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience within the water treatment sector.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Experience in tendering, proposal management, technical sales, or related activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, proposals, and priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues at our headquarters in Sweden. Preferred:
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience supporting complex customer solutions from proposal through implementation.
• Knowledge of industrial or municipal water treatment applications. What we offer you
