Description Position Title : Warehouse Operator Position Location : Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Compensation : $19 per hour - $22 per hour ( Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for accurately picking and delivering products to assigned work area, maintaining inventory integrity, and operating warehouse equipment safely. This role ensures proper storage, organization, and compliance with safety and 5S standards while supporting production needs. • Accurately pick and deliver materials to production team, based on work orders and pick lists.
• Process inventory transactions and scan product documentation in SAP.
• Store, organize, and maintain products in designated warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies or material issues.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S principles and recycling initiatives.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Proactively identify and report safety concerns to help maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with and support other departments through cross-training and teamwork.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned. Requirements Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at elevated heights when required. What You Will Need
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license.
