About the Team We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. 2 years ago, we launched an ambitious AI project aimed at building a next-generation IDE powered by modern LLM agents — an intelligent environment for software development and design. We’ve successfully reached MVP, completed internal testing, and are now entering the public release stage. We already have a strong engineering team in place, and now we’re looking for a self-driven, result-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of marketing for our AI IDE: define the go-to-market strategy, build a consistently growing user acquisition system, and deliver on clear acquisition KPIs. This is a startup within a stable company — giving you the freedom to directly influence the product, experiment boldly, and implement your ideas with a high degree of autonomy. Ideally, you have hands-on experience launching and scaling tech products from scratch (especially AI-driven ones), a solid understanding of the

and developer tooling landscape, experience working closely with developer and AI enthusiast communities, and confidence operating in both English and Russian. Our product: Join us and help shape the future of software development!
