Position Summary Performs administrative and customer service tasks for the line haul department, including invoice reconciliation, lodging audits, dispatch support, and weekly reporting. Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepares regular and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages hotel accommodations for drivers and maintains compliance records.
- Provides customer service and assists with shipment tracking inquiries.
- Coordinates and updates lodging records to ensure efficient driver accommodation.
- Assists in general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the line haul team.
- Supports accounting functions within the department. Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of administrative or transportation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience Benefits At Saia, your success is our success!
