Role Description Builds, extends, tests, and deploys enterprise agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, integrating them with Microsoft Fabric, Fabric data agents, Dataverse, Power Automate, APIs, Microsoft 365, and other approved enterprise systems. This role converts business processes and data access requirements into secure, usable, and maintainable conversational and autonomous agent experiences. Key Responsibilities Build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for priority use cases. Configure agent instructions, topics, triggers, knowledge sources, tools, actions, and conversation flows. Extend Copilot Studio agents using Fabric data agents and governed Fabric data products. Connect agents to Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Fabric, APIs, and enterprise applications. Build Power Automate cloud flows and agent actions, custom connectors, and authenticated API integrations. Implement adaptive cards, approval workflows, notifications, and human-in-the-loop processes. Configure authentication, authorization, environment variables, connection references, and data loss prevention controls. Support Power Platform environments, solutions, managed deployments, and application lifecycle management. Implement agent testing, evaluation, analytics, monitoring, exception handling, and auditability. Troubleshoot grounding, orchestration, connector, permissions, and response quality issues, and support integration with Azure AI Foundry where advanced capabilities are required.
