Customer Success Manager, Education (US)

The Mission Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop. Who We're Hiring You own customer outcomes for education customers — onboarding, adoption, health, and making sure educators, course sellers, and creators actually make money on Whop. You are not a ticket queue and you are not pure quota theater. This is not a pure AE / President's Club bar. We hire outcomes and adoption specialists:

• Operator fluent in education, courses, or creator businesses who has lived the customer pain, OR
• Top CSM / founding CS who owned onboarding + health with a fixer + relationship mindset, OR
• Technical-enough CSM: you understand APIs and integrations well enough to recommend solutions and unblock without needing to be the FDE who ships If you hide behind tickets, this isn't your role.
