Experience: 4–10 Years Role Overview Responsible for building and integrating backend/platform components for the AI agent layer, focusing on guardrails, semantic caching, MCP-based tool governance, and application integrations . Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/agent guardrails and policy enforcement layers.
- Develop semantic caching mechanisms to improve performance and reduce redundant model calls.
- Implement MCP-based tool governance, access controls, and policy enforcement.
- Build and test integration points across four applications.
- Develop scalable backend APIs and platform services.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects and application teams to ensure secure and reliable integrations. Required Skills Implement guardrails, semantic caching, and MCP-based tool governance for the agent layer; build and test the integration points across all four applications. Mixed seniority because the guardrail and MCP governance work needs someone who has designed policy layers before, while the integration surface is well-defined build work.
