This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer II based in India. This is an opportunity to build and operate high-reliability software supporting a globally distributed network infrastructure. You’ll develop systems that help network infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams automate complex workflows and work more efficiently. The role spans the full software lifecycle, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations. You’ll work on distributed systems with web and console interfaces, with a strong focus on availability, observability, automation, and identity management. Collaboration is central to the role, with opportunities to work alongside international, cross-functional engineering teams. You’ll also contribute to improving development practices while mentoring less experienced engineers.
