This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst based in United States. As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in guiding ServiceNow projects from requirements through successful delivery. You will work closely with client stakeholders and virtual project teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, relationship management, and change management. You will support workshops, demonstrations, testing, documentation, and iterative project delivery. Working across both Agile and traditional methodologies, you will help streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. You will also promote ServiceNow best practices and maintain a strong understanding of each client's business and implemented solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel and opportunities to grow through training and certifications.
