Job Summary: Super Bright LEDs is looking for a creative, organized, and data-minded Email & Social Media Marketing Specialist to help shape how our brand connects & converts with customers across email and social channels. In this role, you'll have hands-on ownership of email campaigns, social media content, and audience engagement for an established ecommerce brand. You'll work closely with both marketing and creative teams to turn new product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives into engaging customer communications. You'll join a collaborative marketing team where your work will be visible across multiple customer touchpoints and where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns from idea through execution and measurement. This is a great opportunity for a marketer who wants to expand their experience across email, social media, ecommerce, campaign strategy, content development, and performance analysis while working with a well-established brand. Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, creation, scheduling, and execution of email and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and grow Super Bright LEDs' presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels.
  • Develop engaging email content supporting product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, customer retention, and brand initiatives.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Dotdigital.
  • Develop & maintain social & email calendars.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to develop campaign assets and messaging.
  • Monitor email and social performance, including engagement, click-through rates, audience growth, and other key performance indicators.
  • Use campaign results and audience insights to recommend improvements to future marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across customer-facing channels.
  • Monitor social conversations, comments, and emerging content trends relevant to the brand and our audiences.
  • Support company promotions, contests, giveaways, employee communications, and internal engagement initiatives in partnership with HR. Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, social media, digital marketing, content creation, or marketing communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms such as DotDigital or similar tools.
  • Experience with social media management and publishing platforms such as Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
  • Comfortable reviewing marketing performance data and using insights to improve campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys developing new campaigns, content, and engagement ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred, but relevant professional experience will also be considered. Benefits:
