including, but not limited to, requirements development, design, integration, test, installation, and operational support.

• You will support

Cs Ipt

working groups and provide expertise and guidance in the definition, design, integration, and impact assessment of U.S. submarine combat systems.

• You will provide access to SME advice on, BYG-1 functions boundary / functional allocation, CIS functions, and overall documentation, installation, and configurations.
• You will enable access to SME advice on BYG-1 capability development, design changes and roadmaps to help ensure SSNA/SWFTS alignment.
• You will provide advice regarding CIS architectural decisions. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience in demonstrating technical and programmatic expertise in submarine combat systems, specifically with AN/BYG-1 and SWFTS. EMPLOYMENT: DAWIA: This a Defense Acquisition Workforce position that requires an Engineering and Technical Management, Practitioner acquisition certification. The incumbent has 60 months to earn this certification. Incumbent must obtain and maintain certification in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66. Acquisition Workforce (AWF) members must complete 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every two (2) years, in accordance with DoDI 5000.66. Workforce members are encouraged to earn their CLPs by completing Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Credentials. Obtaining certification within the allotted grace period and maintaining CLPs before and after achieving certification are conditions of employment. Failure to meet these requirements could result in disciplinary action and/or removal from employment. This designation requires the incumbent to: 1. Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF role of 801-PROGRAM MANAGER proficiency level ADVANCED. For more information, please review DoDM 8140.03 and supporting DON policies. 2. Participate in continuous professional development program as described in DoDM 8140.03. An annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous professional development must be documented and completed in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor. Combination of education and experience -- college-level education, training, and/or technical experience that furnished (1) a thorough knowledge of the physical and mathematical sciences underlying engineering, and (2) a good understanding, both theoretical and practical, of the engineering sciences and techniques and their applications to one of the branches of engineering.
