• on the automotive industry and your own career. What Your Future with Us Will Look Like Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for advanced e-drive systems. Define software architecture, interfaces, and functional concepts, and translate functional requirements into robust software specifications. Configure and optimize software functions within e- drive control and transmission systems. Support software integration, testing, debugging, validation, releases, and configuration management in line with Automotive SPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity processes. Coordinate requirements and feature development with customers, system, hardware, controls, calibration, and project teams while ensuring end- to-end traceability. Manage requirement changes, assess technical impacts, and align internal teams, suppliers, and project management. Coordinate external development partners, review designs and test results, track milestones and quality, and act as the primary technical supplier interface. What You Need to Join Us for a Future with Us Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. At least five years of experience in automotive or electrification embedded software development. Strong expertise in embedded software architecture and development, including AUTOSAR, functional safety, cybersecurity, and automotive control systems. Sound knowledge of e-drive systems, inverter and motor control, power electronics, and vehicle networks such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet. Experience with software integration, embedded testing and debugging, V-model development, Automotive SPICE, and requirements tools such as DOORS or Polarion. Proven experience in requirements coordination, supplier management, and leading technical discussions across multidisciplinary and international teams.
