Engineer Fellow

what you will do： 1.Engineering Quality & Technical Leadership •Serve as the technical authority for Engineering Quality, Contract Engineering execution and SQ governance for Data Center chiller solutions. •Ensure customer requirements are properly reviewed, implemented, validated and delivered in compliance with established Engineering standards and Quality requirements. •Lead technical assessments and design quality reviews for complex customer solutions and engineering changes. •Drive alignment between customer requirements, engineering execution, product quality and business objectives. •Support long-term growth of the Data Center business by building sustainable engineering quality practices and technical capabilities. 2. Contract Engineering Process Improvement •Establish and continuously improve standardized processes for contract engineering execution. •Lead/facilitate technical reviews, approval mechanisms, risk assessments and validation requirements for engineering changes and custom solutions. •Ensure disciplined execution and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. •Promote cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing to improve engineering efficiency and execution consistency. 3. Product Quality Standardization •Establish SQ/Contract Engineering knowledge database. •Drive root cause analysis, lessons learned and quality improvement activities related to custom-engineered solutions. •Drive the conversion of repeatable SQ solutions into standard product offerings, engineering standards and validated design practices. •Drive standardization of recurring customer customization requests to improve product quality, reduce engineering risks and enhance execution efficiency. what we want： •Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering or related disciplines. •Extensive experience in chiller, HVAC, cooling systems or related engineering fields. •Strong understanding of customer applications, product development and engineering validation processes. •Proven experience leading complex technical projects and influencing cross-functional teams. •Excellent communication, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications •Experience in Data Center cooling applications. •Experience in Application Engineering, Contract Engineering or Product Engineering. •Experience establishing engineering processes, standards and governance frameworks in a global environment. •Demonstrated success in product standardization and innovation.
