Graduate Nurse Resident (GN/RN) - Surgical (FT, Nights)

Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. • 36 hours/week Shift: 12 Hour Nights (1900
• 0730) Experienced RN Incentives: Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus No Contract Required!
• ASN to BSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000).

• Up to $370 per month directly towards loan payments ($20,000 cap).
• Must start with Mercy within 12-months of graduation. Qualifications:
• Experience: None required.
• Required Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
• Other: Physical requirements/demands:
• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift.
