 Job Description  Contribuir com o desenvolvimento profissional e das habilidades do time de CDNs para execução eficaz de geração de demanda  Ter uma análise crítica do perfil dos clientes estratégicos, com o conhecimento aprofundado, por segmento/ tier e potencial para o portifólio,  Identificar oportunidades de mercado, tendências de consumo, necessidades dos clientes e compartilhar com áreas de apoio  Assegurar a implementação do plano tático, aplicar a ferramenta de sales coaching, garantir a atualização do SFDC e analise de KPIs de produtividade  Garantir a implementação da estratégia de marketing e comercial para a geração de demanda do portifólio de produtos de MDS  Garantir a correta condução do processo de vendas (BDWOS), utilização adequada das ferramentas e serviços clínicos por fase do funil de vendas, alinhado a segmentação e tier  Garantir a implementação das ferramentas Litmos e SHOWPAD  Garantir a correta utilização do recurso da equipe de treinamento para ações de capacitação efetivas nas oportunidades de acordo com a estretégia  Assegurar a implementação dos projetos estratégicos do negócio (VAM, IBSP, Risco Compartilhado, Gestão de Performance e etc. ) Why Join Us?
