  • Develop, test and maintain application features in C# and .NET under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Write clean, readable and well-structured code, and improve it based on code review feedback.
  • Build and consume simple APIs and services, and work with application data through SQL and an ORM such as Entity Framework.
  • Write and run unit tests, and support functional and regression testing of what you build.
  • Debug and resolve defects, and investigate issues reported during testing or by users.
  • Pick up assigned user stories and tasks, estimate them with guidance, and deliver them within sprint timelines.
  • Use version control and team engineering practices properly — Git branching, pull requests, code review and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write and maintain basic technical documentation for the code and components you work on.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives — and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
  • Learn the client’s business context well enough to understand why a feature matters, not only what it does.
  • Complete assigned training and certification paths on Microsoft technologies, and apply what you learn on the project.
  • Collaborate with team members across locations, and ask for help early when stuck. .
  • B.E. / B.Tech (or equivalent engineering degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, with a consistent academic record.
  • Fresh graduate with 0–1 years of experience; final-year students graduating this academic year may apply.
  • Good understanding of C# and the .NET framework / .NET Core, including object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Strong programming fundamentals — problem solving, algorithms, data structures, time and space complexity.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL — tables, joins, queries and basic data modelling.
  • Understanding of software engineering basics: debugging, testing, version control and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken — able to explain their thinking, ask good questions and work in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, with academic or personal projects that show it.
  • Willingness to work from the office as the team requires, and to build a career in enterprise technology consulting. .
