- Data Input, Creation, and Maintenance:
- Own creation of new SKUs in
Sap Erp
system, for all material types
- Execute product updates and maintenance including, but not limited to: BOM adjustments, routing corrections, new material entries, etc.
- Adhere to and help maintain SOPs for data processes and protocols.
- Data Verification and Validation through regular audits of data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
- Support data entry and analysis for ERP and other database systems
- Support Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting / Finance in data entry, modeling, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with Supply Chain, R&D, and operations teams to identify essential support and carry out productive solutions.
- Identify and support implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow company policies for data security and confidentiality. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. An associate degree and/or equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or warehouse inventory systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for working with multiple departments.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMs).
