Senior Director, Corporate Counsel

As Senior Director, Corporate Counsel, you will lead the corporate legal function and provide strategic guidance across a broad range of business-critical matters. You will support mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, financing activities, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, litigation, and marketing. The role combines sophisticated legal expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach to complex decisions. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Marketing, People, Corporate Development, and other functions. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, you will help manage legal risk while enabling sustainable growth and innovation.
