- Scams & Fraud based in United States. This role focuses on investigating sophisticated scams, fraud, and other forms of online abuse involving AI products. You will assess complex and time-sensitive cases, distinguish harmful activity from legitimate use, and develop well-supported recommendations. The position combines investigative judgment, technical and analytical skills, and strong written communication. You will work with cross-functional partners and leadership as investigations develop and new abuse patterns emerge. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to product safety by turning investigative findings into practical improvements. It is well suited to an experienced investigator who can work confidently with incomplete or conflicting evidence in a rapidly evolving environment.
