Marine Coordinator/ Nautiker (m/w/d) Einsatzort: An den Standorten unserer Kunden in der Nordsee, Ostsee und in Dänemark Beschäftigung: 24/7 Schichtbetrieb in 8 bis 12 Std. Rotation mit entsprechendem Freizeitausgleich Beginn: Nach Absprache Du übernimmst folgende Aufgaben

  • Windparkbeobachtung mit AIS gestützten VTMS-Beobachtungssystemen
  • Koordinierung und Kommunikation über Funk mit Projektschiffen und Teams vor Ort
  • Anforderung und Genehmigung von Zertifikaten im Rahmen der Personen- und Schiffsregistrierung, unter anderem mithilfe eines Permit-to-Work Systems
  • Projektbezogene Berichterstattung und Dokumentation u. a. in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden
  • Beratung unserer Kunden in nautischen Fachfragen
  • Notfallkoordinierung gemäß des Projekt-Notfallplans Du bringst vorzugsweise mit
  • Sprechfunkzeugnis für UKW-Funk (ROC/GOC)
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
  • Erfahrungen als Marine Coordinator oder Nautischer Wachoffizier (m/w/d) in Offshore-Windprojekten sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Wind farm monitoring with AIS-based VTMS observation systems
  • Coordination and communication via radio with project vessels and teams on site
  • Requesting and approving certificates as part of personnel and vessel registration, including using a permit-to-work system
  • Project-related reporting and documentation, including in cooperation with the relevant authorities
  • Advising our clients on technical nautical issues
  • Emergency coordination via the project emergency plan You bring preferably with you:
  • Radiotelephone licence for VHF radio (ROC/GOC)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience as Marine Coordinator or Nautical Watch Officer in offshore wind projects is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and an independent way of working
