Team Assistant, Commercial Auto

• Assisting Commercial Auto Specialists and Insurance Advisors with all aspects of servicing Commercial Auto ICBC accounts
• Performing ICBC fleet transactions at the request and direction of Commercial Auto Specialist and Insurance Advisors
• Assisting with the maintenance of fleet accounts
• Providing a high-level of service to both internal and external clients
• Updating client information as changes occur
• Supporting the Administrator/Batcher with the functions of ICBC transacting batching:
• Reconcile previous days ICBC transactions/documents (including cash, cheques, credit card payments)
• Quality check and correct documents to ensure there are no errors
• Enter documents into Autolink
• Liaise with ICBC as required
• Liaise with ICBC revenue banking as required
• Deposit ICBC funds daily
• Assist with inventory control
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications
• Level 1 General Insurance License or be willing to obtain it within 3 months of hire
• Previous Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior client service & telephone manners
• Strong computer skills

• You work with a high degree of INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
