This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer based in Canada. This is a staff-level individual contributor opportunity within an AI-native fintech SaaS environment focused on modern financial planning and analysis. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape platform architecture, product direction, and engineering practices from an early stage. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with meaningful ownership of complex technical systems and features. You’ll help establish scalable engineering foundations while contributing directly to the product roadmap. Your work will influence both the technology and the effectiveness of the wider engineering team through mentorship and technical leadership. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to remain deeply technical while having broad architectural and organizational impact.
