Bartender / Beertender / Barback - Coati

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages -Prep and stock all ingredients necessary for service -Interact with guests in a professional, positive manner -Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations -Measure and mix ingredients accurately to prepare cocktails -Adhere to health and legal standards -Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies -Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience -Comply with all food and beverage regulations -Knows and can easily talk about Coati mission and values Requirements
• World-class customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Craft cocktail experience is required and must be demonstrated
• Handles money responsibly and accurately
• Can stand or work on feet for entire shift, squat and bend
• Effective time management
• Can read and follow recipes
• Efficiently and accurately converts measurements and multiplies recipes
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
