Job Title Senior Analyst (Claims & Dispute Management) The Practical Detail Location: Bangalore Working Model: Hybrid Contract Type: Fulltime Why this role matters In your first year, you will lead the resolution of complex claims and disputes, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes that protect Flora Food Group’s financial health. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth order-to-cash operations and strengthening relationships with internal teams and customers. By driving process improvements and reducing dispute volumes, you help ensure that our food products reach kitchens without disruption. Your work directly supports better decision-making and operational excellence in a fast-moving food environment. What you'll do

• Lead resolution of complex and high-value claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve claims processed by Analysts, maintaining quality standards.
• Drive dispute resolution strategy and prioritization to reduce backlog and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain teams to prevent future disputes.
• Use data analysis and Lean Six Sigma principles to identify root causes and implement process improvements. Performance You will own the end-to-end claims and dispute management process, delivering measurable reductions in dispute volumes and faster resolution times. Your data-driven insights and process improvements will enhance operational efficiency and support month-end financial accuracy. Success will be tracked through key performance indicators such as dispute resolution time, claim accuracy, and process compliance. Care This role reports to the Order-to-Cash Process Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will champion responsible dispute management practices that protect customer relationships and uphold audit and internal control standards. Your long-term focus on process excellence supports sustainable operations that benefit Flora Food Group and the communities we serve.
