The Bluestem Program will be the only treatment program in the nation where a person misusing substances, their partner, and their children receive holistic, full-family care in a home that’s all theirs. It’s a safe alternative to foster care that aims to end the cycle of addiction across generations. Daily Impact looks like:
- Ensuring the safety of the family and children through supervision and crisis intervention when necessary
- Building community resources to help sustain families
- Maintain safety and supervision of the Bluestem property
- Provide trauma-informed care to all family members
- This is an awake overnight position To belong at Savio, you need to:
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Recognize the importance of social systems and a person’s ecology on their development and behaviors
- Have a passion for engaging persons with substance use disorders, their children, and their support systems to address individual, family, and community wellbeing.
- Be comfortable working in a residential setting Grow with Savio through:
- Comprehensive training in Trauma-Informed Care and Substance Use Disorders
- Professional development
- Weekly supervision Shift Summaries Overnight 1: Sunday to Thursday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts) Overnight 2: Wednesday 11 pm-9 am; Thursday to Sunday 9 pm-7 am (4x10 hr shifts) Pay Range: $50,000 to $55,000 Benefits:
