Job Title: Quality Officer Location: 70% field based, 30% office based

  • Cambridgeshire Salary: £27,300 per annum At A Class Care we are looking for individuals who share our values and passion to make a positive difference to peoples lives throughout our community. Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a quality officer to join our established team in Cambridgeshire. A quality officer will support via field based working to our clients and care workers in line with CQC requirements. You will be responsible for :
  • Providing supervision and support to our care staff.
  • Completing probation reviews and supervisions for our care staff.
  • Completing announced and unannounced spot checks.
  • To carry out administrative duties related to the role including writing medication records, creating relevant reports.
  • Coordinate care staff and offer support
  • Part of the out of hours team on a roter basis Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have previous experience within the Care sector.
  • Must be good at problem solving and like a challenge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Has a great client-focused passion.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment. Our Requirements:
  • Able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved. (use of company pool car available for work related tasks)
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Packages.
